Naima and her rider met me and SuziQ at his place, and we scooted off along tarmac for five minutes before hitting some local dirt. Wow. Nice trails. A good mix of real dirt and stone/crush paths. We explored from one end to Jameson Road and back up to a Benson-View Meadows. I'm sure that is where I walked to Ammonite falls once, but I couldn't see the trail turn off.
Found this old lean-to overlooking the Doumont Road valley and Brannon Lake. There was one point where we had to stop and walk as the trail traversed a large cleft. It looks like quads use it. Certainly Ryan would have fun with his Gas Gas trials there.
The Doumont Track in the distance: we could actually see and hear a bike flying over the jumps - dusty too!
Learning to mount his steed. Great trails.
What makes a man climb like that? A surreptitious liaison with a goat?
The view from 2000 feet up Benson.
Walk from here...
Paul.

Sorry about the word verification, but too many Nigerian robots are trying to sell me weird shaped vegetables from Sweden.
